Module 2: Deconstructing Asana

Open to all graduates of Module 1: Anatomy of Aging, this 4-week online course dives deep into the asana. Why do we bend and mould ourselves to these shapes and how do we deconstruct the intention of each asana to make it accessible to all bodies, all ages, all people? This course is the second module in our Seniors Yoga Teacher Training. Completion of this course is mandatory to receive full Continuing Education credit in our YTT.

    Why do we practice each asana? How do I open the physical practice of Yoga to everyone? How do I embrace aging and flourish?
